2021 Meeting Dates and Topics

NOTE: Until further notice, reservations must be made for each meeting using e-mail or the phone number below. We cannot accommodate non-dinner attendees or walk-ins at this time. The "permanent reservation" system is temporarily suspended - ALL attendees should make a reservation

We meet at Brock's Riverside Grill, 503 Sophia Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Social time begins at 6:00 with dinner at 6:45 and the meeting at 7:30. You may come after dinner and attend the meeting for free. If you come for dinner, you must make an advanced reservation following the rules shown below.

Dinner Reservation Policy

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR DINNER, AND MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE MEETING. Beginning in 2021, dinner price is $30 for members and $35 for non-members.

To make reservations, e-mail Bob Jones at rappcwevents@gmail.com (Preferred) or call 540-399-1702 and leave a message on the answering machine. YOU will be BILLED for any uncancelled reservations.

To cancel a reservation you must PERSONALLY contact Bob Jones at 540-399-1702, or Brock's Restaurant at 540-370-1820, by 4:00 pm on the day of the dinner. Leaving a message on an answering machine is insufficient. If you have invited guests, you must make them aware of this policy, or you, the member will be billed for any uncancelled reservations.

You are welcome to attend the meeting without participating in the dinner, and you are also welcome to eat dinner in the regular section of the restaurant.

Permanent Dinner Reservations: Members who regularly attend each monthly dinner meeting can now make a "PERMANENT RESERVATION". That means you automatically have one dinner reservation each month and only need to contact Bob Jones to cancel for that month. When you make your next reservation, please let Bob know if you want a permanent reservation. The current policy of billing you for any non-cancelled reservation is still in effect.

 

Activity Payments

The RVCWRT now takes credit cards for dinners, dues, tours, raffles, auctions, etc. You can use either MASTER CARD or VISA credit cards (NOT debit cards). The numbers must be embossed, not flat, and we will use the security code on the back of the card. There will be a separate line at the registration desk for members paying with a credit card.

 

The officers and members of the Rappahannock Valley Civil War Round Table invite you to join our Round Table.  We are a non-profit public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible under section 170 of the code. Our purpose is the furtherance of Civil War education and historic preservation.  Please use the “Contact” page for any questions or comments.
