2022 Meeting Dates and Topics
We meet at Brock's Riverside Grill, 503 Sophia Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia, on the second Monday of every month. Social time begins at 6:00 with dinner at 6:45 and the meeting at 7:30. Members and/or guests may come after dinner and attend the meeting for free. If you come for dinner, you must make an advanced reservation following the rules below.

Dinner Reservation Policy
​
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR DINNER, AND SHOULD BE MADE PRIOR TO THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE MONDAY MEETING. Beginning in 2021, dinner price is $30 for members, invited guests, and non members that join at the event. Dinner price is $35 for other non-members.

To make reservations, e-mail John Sapanara at rappcwevents21@gmail.com (Preferred) or call 540-479-1299 and leave a message on the answering machine. YOU may be BILLED for any uncancelled reservations.

To cancel a reservation you must contact John Sapanara at rappcwevents21@gmail.com (Preferred) or 540-479-1299 by 2:00 pm on the day of the dinner.

You are welcome to attend the meeting without participating in the dinner, and you are also welcome to eat dinner in the regular section of the restaurant.
​
Permanent Dinner Reservations: Members who regularly attend each monthly dinner meeting can now make a "PERMANENT RESERVATION". That means you automatically have a dinner reservation each month and only need to contact John Sapanara to cancel for that month. When you make your next reservation, please let John know if you want a permanent reservation.
